Ordering your IntoNET Hosting Account

Before we begin taking your order, there are a few things we need to tell you about. Please read the following paragraphs carefully. If there is anything you don't understand or that isn't 100% clear, then please tell us!

A note about Domain Names
In order to use an IntoNET Hosting account, you must have a domain name. If you don't have a domain name, then we can register a domain name for you as part of the ordering process.

You can go ahead and order your IntoNET Hosting account before you have registered a domain name, but be aware that you will not be able to start using it until you have one.

A note about Privacy
We take your privacy very seriously, we hate junk mail as much as you do!

We promise we will not disclose or sell your personal details to any third party, except where we are required to by a law enforcement agency, or if you have acted in any way to break the terms of your legally binding contract with us.

Your contract with us
By placing an order with IntoNET Hosting you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions laid out in our Master Services Agreement, please read this carefully. Here are the main points in simple terms;

The duration of your contract
Your account with us will be for a period of not less than one (1) month. This means you cannot cancel your hosting account with us within one month of it's starting date.

Abuse and Spam
The use of IntoNET Hosting servers for the transmission of unsolicited mass mailings or postings, commonly known as SPAM, is strictly forbidden. The use of our servers to send abusive or obscene material to others is also strictly forbidden.

Warez, cracks & copyrighted material
Please respect the copyrights, trademarks and work of others. We do not allow the storage or transmission of any copyrighted material unless the work is your own, or you have the express permission of the copyright holder.

This includes, but is not limited to, warez, cracks or any other method of bypassing protected software or data, distribution of music in mp3 or any other electronic format and reproduction of photographic material or works of art.

Now that we've explained the important points regarding your IntoNET Hosting account, we're ready to proceed and take your order.

There now follows a series of screens that ask you for the information required to open your account. When you have reached the end, you will be asked once again to agree to our Terms & Conditions before your order is complete.
